1. About Fatedly
Fatedly is a beta matchmaking service operated by FATEDLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17445256).
By creating an account or using Fatedly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or over and a current student at an eligible UK university, verified through your university email address. Alumni are not eligible at this stage.
3.
One account per person. Your profile must be truthful and your photos must be of you.
4.
You must not use Fatedly to harass, deceive, or harm others, or submit other people's information without their knowledge except as the referral feature allows.
5.
We choose matches at our discretion. We do not guarantee a match every week, and we do not guarantee any outcome from an introduction.
6.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
7.
You are responsible for your own interactions and safety, including any meetings you arrange with matches.
8.
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice of changes means you accept them.
9.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
